The Sub-regional Transportation Mitigation Fee Program collects development impact fees for transportation improvements in West County.
2027 STMP Update
WCCTC is updating the Nexus Study, Administrative Guidelines, Project List and fees, with completion anticipated in the second half of 2027.
Participating jurisdictions collect STMP fees and forward them to WCCTC for regional transportation improvements.
